It has been three months since my surgery and I’m pleased to say that things are doing better. Two weeks after the surgery I was cleared to fly and made my way back to England. This trip had been planned for some time but it didn’t look likely after the operation that I would be strong enough to make it. However, God is good and I was in a stable and fit enough state to make the 30+ hour journey back to Bath, England and to my parents’ house.

Since arriving back in England the healing process has been slow but steady. There have been no major hiccups and at this point things look good. The speed at which the healing has been taking place hasn’t been as fast as I would have liked, and actually led me to postpone my return ticket to Maui. This is but a slight setback however and as soon as I’m fit I expect to return to Hawaii.

Throughout my stay in England I’ve had good time to think, pray and study. Through all of this, God has been working with me as I seek to plot my next steps. I will endeavour to keep you all informed.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and support. As we labour away each in our own area that God has appointed for us may we remember that it’s all for Him. All the glory is for Him and to Him, that Jesus may be declared Lord and Saviour. As God has been touching on areas in my life my prayer has become, “Lord let me decrease, and may you increase.” May this be our prayer for this time.
